Scott Helm has been a Licensed Massage Therapist and Instructor in the Southwest Florida area since 1999. His practice is located inside the relaxing sanctuary of Health & Harmony Center located in the Olde Iona Schoolhouse in Fort Myers.

Qi Gong is the ancient, mind-body-spirit healing art, practiced in China for over 5,000 years. Qi is energy, the source of our well-being. When it becomes blocked or stagnant, muscular, immune and nervous systems are compromised. Qi Gong aims to collect and deliver Qi to our entire body, thus improving health and reducing the effects of stress.

Scott brings the massage to you with On Site Chair or Table Massage. The Massage Chair makes it possible to bring massage into the workplace or a gathering of any kind. It's a great gift for employees or co-workers. Many of Scott's clients still prefer to receive their Table Massage in the privacy of their home or office.
